Welcome to Mizi Craft. This Returns & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds are processed for products purchased from us. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns
1.A) General Returns (Non-Personalized Products)
We accept returns for non-personalized products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned with original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
1.B) Personalized Products
Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return or refund. This includes items customized with names, dates, logos, messages, or any other personal elements.
We request customers to carefully review all customization details before confirming the order.
2. Refunds
2.A) Non-Personalized Products
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
2.B) Personalized Products
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized products under any payment mode (Prepaid or Partial COD), except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
Partial COD Orders:
Any advance payment made is non-refundable once the product has been customized (e.g., engraving, printing). Such products cannot be reused or resold.
Prepaid Orders:
Refunds are not applicable as the product is created specifically based on customer requirements.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective personalized item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@mizicraft.in
. We will assist you with a suitable resolution.
3. Shipping Costs
3.A) Non-Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
3.B) Personalized Products
If the return is due to a defect or damage, Mizi Craft will bear the return shipping cost.
